A series of four postcards were mailed out starting 6 months prior to the meeting, in order to entice, excite and motivate the team to exceed their goals in order to be able to attend this incentive meeting. The team members were instructed to keep the postcards in order to figure out their path & designation. The Navigating Success theme and meeting location was not
apparent until all four cards were put together.

Folded pocket agendas were created and printed on-site. The diamond shaped logo was utilized for multiple uses including directional signage headers while on property
Daily gift cards with customized messages were provided via room drops
Various educational and interactive team building games were developed.
Gift packaging to illustrate item being shipped to winners upon their arrival back home. This GPS system was chosen for the national salesforce, because of it's functionality both in and out of work.
Custom crack-n-peel labels printed and applied on site.
